Connector & Terminal Supplies were formed in 1997. We have grown from our humble distribution beginnings to become a fully-fledged Sub-Contract Assembly house, offering customers a complete Cable Assembly and Electrical/Electronic Sub-Assembly solution, with cabinet build facilities.

We have invested in both Staff and Equipment to be able to offer a Quality service across all our services. Our Operators are highly trained in the latest Soldering techniques, and are fully conversant with IDC, IDT and Crimping methods. To support this, Connector & Terminal Supplies have invested substantially in the necessary equipment to provide Customers with a competitive service.

Our Plant Inventory includes:

3 off Pneumatic Crimp Machines for 'Tape-on-Reel' style terminals.

2 off Gamma Crimp Machines, utilising 'Universal Applicator' technology providing the ability to use all major manufacturer's (AMP, Molex, JST, Takbro etc.).

1 off C351 fully automatic cut and strip machine for cable preparation.

A dedicated coiling machine, linked to our C351 for long length cables, to automate the collection and coiling of cables from 2m up to 1000m!

Each operator has his or her own fully equipped solder station, plus additional manufacturer hand tools for small volume production.

We have also invested in fully qualified persons with extensive experience in building Electrical and Electronic enclosure based assemblies, from small boxes to fully fitted out 19" rack modules. Where necessary, all our assembly staff are trained to the latest 16th edition regulations.

Connector & Terminal Supplies are also able to offer a full testing of all our products, and can also provide an on site customer testing and commissioning facility.
